I still reside in the same small town in West Virginia where I was born and raised. I had an interest in writing early on and my enjoyment only grew as I got older. I have always favored fiction/horror novels, my favorite author being the master of horror himself, Stephen King. "DADDY'S GAME" started out as a short story seeing as I had limited time to dedicate to my writing. Raising three children and holding down a full-time job left little time to pursue my dream of writing a book. It took me a year and a half to complete, but it was worth the wait. I just finished my second book "SHIMMER" which is now available. I have always enjoyed reading and writing tales of fiction. My goal is to leave this world and its mundane problems behind for worlds and characters of intrigue and excitement. I approach my poetry as I would one of my books. I like for my poetry to have a story line or message in the verses with a definite ending. Some of my poetry reveals a darker nature and time
