I am a 72 year old man, retired. I was a tool and die maker for 23 years, I have owned a laundromat, a remodeling business, I have worked in direct sales and I have sold Insurance.

I now have an illness called COPD ( Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,) a real fancy name for emphysema. I'm also in the process of fighting off a case of prostate cancer, I have so far taken 16 radiation treatments and have only 26 more to go.I feel real well, the lord is watching over me.

I started writing about 11/2-2 years ago, I'm a novice and make many mistakes, but I sure enjoy writing.

I hope you enjoy my poems and short storys, as I'm sure I will enjoy reading your works.
