To see the love in their furry eyes.
To hear their babyish lonely cries.
I'v opened my life to these trustworthy creatures.
To see a new expression in their tiny features.
To see the cruelty I cannot bear.
The injustice caused is just not fair.
Each new animal brings me joy.
Just like a child they play with their toy.
Memories of animals flash through my mind.
