What do you see? Some hidden view, mystifies me. All chic and sophisticated, lie upon your throne. Insides not real, out there’s your home. But look! The Kitty Kat king. Shallow eyes, slightly stirred. Everglades awaiting, he sees you, girl. On all fours, attack the shine. Chalkboard roars, door opens in time. Stealth powered up. Long live the king! Tiger runs...Now the bird don't sing.

Staring at the moon, Sighing in agony, Her soul so dark, Her heart, deep ebony. Padding to her den, She silently wonders, What shall become of her, Star-gazing for wonders? Her life has past, She could be no more, But she has lived, Through to her core. She's sorry she breathed, Sorry she gave, Sorry she mothered, Sorry she lived. Laying down her head, She's ready for sleep, Never to wake again, Her soul the cosmos keep. As she drifts away, She sees her children's eyes, She can remember now, Her life, by it flies. She soars to the stars, She's no longer in agony, All will remember her, With the soul deep as ebony.
