BLUE MINDS

Author: Angelmorn M

Poem:
BLUE MINDS

countless cries cry out in fear
not from the surroundings
but from inside my fears

the thought that flew away, long back
returned wit a thought now of its own

crafted by my lies
my abysmal sins
the truth feels ashamed
to face the world out here

atlast afar it seems
the crys of my innocence
the blue mind rules on
unwanted yet unavoided

MORE ADO TO ADIEU

Author: Jude Ashiedu

Poem: MORE ADO TO ADIEU

Though you never meant this day
to seize our hearts impromptu,
coming in naked to cart away this much,
leaving us to drown in this soulful speech,
surpassing acts of your Love
taken beyond our reach;
which illuminated then, our insight,
to fit in golden words on silver sheets.

Reminiscences of your immortal relics
we bring along,
on an inevitable quest to join you,
in the habitable paradise of our hopes,
beyond mortality,
there we'd all reunite with God's people.
