Depressing states of mind,
Paranoia,
Insanity.
They rush,
Race through my head.
I can't stop it.

Visions of hatred,
Of judgment
Everything they are against.

Flashes of good times
Before I was criticized
For who I am.

I'm different,
I know.
And so do they.
That's why
I'm discriminated against.

Darkness surrounds me still.

Forget my soul,
Forget my heart,
My feelings,
Dead to them.
Forget me.

They surround me
With hatred.
But I did nothing.

Darker.

I want to be accepted
For me
But it won't happen.
I'm different.

Will reject acceptance

I'll be like them.

Darkness closes in.
