JUDGE COMMENTS: "A poignant, powerful poem that deals with many of the global social failings of mankind today. The poet expertly ends each stanza with a statement that catches at the heart but also lays down a challenge. It flows well and comes to an end that almost demands of us to record the truth of our world in its 'Apocalypse' for those who come in the future. Congratulations to the author on creating such a challenging and very thought-provoking poem."

JUDGE COMMENTS: "A short, sharp powerful poem that absolutely captures the feeling of being powerless. With skill such as this the poet is indeed anything BUT powerless! Congratulations to the author for grasping the emotions and effortlessly putting them into a poem that has such impact. Very well done."

Traveller is eligible for a $25 paypal payment if a paypal email address is provided.

All poems were read by three independent judges. Each judge could reward a star to a poem that was read if they thought it was a top poem. All poems that received one or more stars from the judges were then classified as finalists. The Finalists were then read and reviewed again in a final round of judging to then choose the top poems. Thanks again to everybody. Great Job!
