Preface to "YOU WHO DIED FOR ME"

a writing by Osman Gani

The poem "YOU WHO DIED FOR ME" by me is no fiction but true fact.I was born as twin.I have never seen my twin brother as he survived only five days. Yet, I can visualize him through my soul, my sixth sense. The doctors struggled to keep us alive. Both of us could have died but I had a slight edge over death unlike my brother. I owe this slight
edge to my twin brother Omar Faruk who fell short in his battle with death. He had not the required armors as I owned the armor of nourishments.Often one of two survives in case of twins. My twin brother was too weak to survive in this world but not in my memory. I dedicate this poem to my dead twin brother who always lives in my unseen memories, existence.
