Time Flies-When You’re Having Fun

Monday 29th August 2011 and time for the final bank holiday over here in England before Christmas. Christmas approaching yet again as signs of further gift ideas are brought into the shops around the City Centre and County of this area and the country throughout, all to celebrate the birth of our Saviour, or is that too much in the dark these days?

Weather conditions are also beginning to show signs of changing, changes to the Autumn period as a cool breeze and rain steps in with the nights of darkness drawing in too. It was being mentioned on the news last night of people gathering at the airports, gathering with intention of a bank holiday abroad. Somewhere further South of Europe or over to the West and within better weather conditions to enjoy more of the time off work. It was strange, certainly strange to me of how the next subject brought up on the news, was of how the value of the euro and dollar has prevented people from travelling abroad and deciding to stay in Britain for their holiday.

Do folk so much want the sunlight or are they happy in the dull winter atmosphere of Britain. Dull in the way of weather, but certainly more bright in other ways. The television companies will broadcast whatever will bring in more money to their help. Such broadcasts as a deal with a holiday travel business to advertise their company in aid of attracting more folk. They show signs of such fun within such an elegant hotel with such relaxing scenes, within such lovely weather conditions, all for what they know as a decent cost by the value of the pound.

Well, let those that have the money fly up and down as they wish and have fun, as for ourselves, we have been situated within our present offices, present here in England with the aspect of light for two years now and rumours are being heard of the cost being too high to stay on. A transfer being necessary within the close future to other premises for all of the work to be dealt with. The two years of being situated at the present building has passed fast, as if having fun, which I am not so sure about with the present situations. The word present certainly playing its part just here as yet more rumours roam of activities being seen of metal cabinets and such being delivered into a certain area of a certain building, a time of spying now we need and learn more. The managers are heard speaking with a low volume voice, certainly strange for a manager, but certain information is so secret.

It should be at Christmas this year, our department will be transferring back to the City Centre or Heart of the City, away from the dull outskirts of the City. A position much more acceptable, except that is for those with transport who shall have to switch to public transport or pay a high bill of parking expenses once a parking space is found. From the title, “time flies,” how should the word flies be spelt. If “fly’s” then the meaning has to it;- pass away rapidly verb: display in the air or cause to float. If “flies,” then from the meaning;- “the space over the stage (out of view of the audience) used to store scenery.”

To me, the spelling flies seems to have more light to it and fit in more accurately, an area with all of the metal cabinets and shelves of filing amongst other pieces of furniture being placed in a position out of view but in the light, to store the scenery, all present for use through the computer system with their lit up monitors, through the air. All existing paper records it seems are to be stored inside the metal cabinets, from the time when all was dead in transgressions and sins, the ways we used to live when we followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. With all the ups and downs we have been through in the past, I do believe at last I see what I saw thirty years ago and the standard;- caught!

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.

God sees the full picture from the start and hides nothing if the bible is only used;- Eph. 2 v 10 For we are Gods workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
