We are sad to say that this is the last month for this contest that we have been runningfor years.

A special thanks goes to Gail Kay for being the Contest Director for so many years and for running such a reputable contest on the Internet. We all appreciate your efforts.

We would also like to thank all of the judges who looked through tens of thousands of poems over the years (3 reviews for each poem). You are all Saints and we mean that.

Nishu is eligible for a $25 paypal payment if a paypal email address is provided.

All poems were read by three independent judges. Each judge could reward a star to a poem that was read if they thought it was a top poem.

All poems that received one or more stars from the judges were then classified as finalists. The Finalists were then read and reviewed again in a final round of judging to then choose the top poems.

Dwayne Rankin	I have to say that the judging has been fabulous Especially with the last 2 months. I could never have chosen between the top three in either month.. I have to thank you for having this contest and though I am sorry to see it go, I do understand. Thanks for the memories and I plan to go back time and time again to read the winners from the past contests.
