Rufus Riddle No. 11

a writing by Rufus Brughs

Hey hey hey! As usual my riddles are for fun. So if you pass by and you want to take a swing at it, please do with full strength :).

This is Riddle No. 11: Let's see how SMART you are!

Here it goes:

"Farthest I run; nearest I hide,
Even as the dawn of the moon,
Meets the day of the sun,
I trivialize in action for the moment,
As I make wait till dusk,
To re-live the beginning of my day.
O' well and good if it be;
I will sleep with a smile till dawn."

What is the above poem referring to?

HINT: Be mindful for Figurative Speech in the Riddle poem.
