Rufus Riddle No. 28

a writing by Rufus Brughs

Hey hey hey! As usual my riddles are for fun. So if you pass by and you want to take a swing at it, please do with full strength :).

This is Riddle No. 28: Let's see how SMART you are!

Here it goes:

"I got a stick to wipe my neat,
To plunge every hole and scrape my filth,
To breathe in me; the fresh of perfume,
To fly my face across with a smile.
And if I fail this laws; I'm consumed
With filth and pain."

Question:
