A MIRROR

a poem by Satheesan Rangorath, India - poetry writer, author, poet

Listening to silence I hear you loudly!
Your deep soft subtle sensual songs,
I tune into your infinite solitude
Sleep walking slowly into your dream.

When you wake me up I often fall asleep,
cuddling into warm tissues of your feelings
Smiling in your smile I bloom as your grace,
as a flower child of your grand imagination.

I feel free when you are near me, consoling.
When you are away I drain away into wilderness.
Fear of your absence exasperates me,
losing in the labyrinths of helplessness
.
World reflects on you, colouring your face,
by tones of love, sorrow, or happiness.
From a distance I love watching,
Your lively booming expressions divine!
