a poem by Satheesan Rangorath, India - poetry writer, author, poet

Sound of Anklets

I hear your sweet voice echoing, like sound of your anklets.
A drop of dew on a petal of lotus
A drop of water rolling on its leaf
I hear your sound hanging, in my ears as temple bells-chime
I hear your sound cling in my heart; as clang of cymbal..
I hear your heart sounding; the sound of music
I hear you sing; from the heart of silence.
