The Purest Sound

a poem by Nadezhda Aleksandrovna Montik, USA - poetry writer, author, poet

It's the tiniest sound,
the most happy one of all,
that tickles the clear air,
and bounces off the wall.

A language that describes
such an innocent sound,
could not be made up,
and nowhere could be found.

Its a little whisper
that dances on your ear,
then spreads around the room
for everyone to hear.

The most cutest smile
and a happy wiggle,
its a little infant,
enjoying her first giggle.
