Seasons

a poem by Keith Lumbard, UK

The frost is biting toes and fingers,
Winter loiters, Spring it lingers,
The rain is falling,April showers,
Spring it lingers, Summer devours,
The Arctic arc our Sun it cloisters,
Summer lingers, Autumn loiters,
Leaves are falling, Birds migrating,
Autumn lingers, Winters waiting,
Seasons come and seasons go,
With every one we learn and grow.
