EMBRACE

a poem by Satheesan Rangorath, India - poetry writer, author, poet

Beyond thoughts and dreams,
a piece of peace paces somehow.
There remains a valley bloomed;
cascaded by laburnum flowers.
Gravel path is carpeted by geranium.
Many have walked past the lane,
unmindful of the ambience and luster.
Where are they going to in a hurry?
Come rest with me a little says wind.
Let me pour on you a cocktail aroma.
Come rest by my side says tilled soil.
Breathe a bit of fresh air by my side.
Led me kiss n’ pass warmth of my love.
Let fire of enchantments spread.
The world just looks for some time.
COME TO MY EMBRACE MY SON.
Wake up from your dreams and nightmares.
The reality of brilliance beckons you.
Come let me hold your hands until then.
