Agoraphobia

a poem by Tracy Marie Windisch-Mason, Canada - poetry writer, author, poet

Agoraphobia
Within darkness
How you
Grasp
In terror
I twist
The doorway
Evil
Yet
In Agony desire
How I hate this
Self
That lets
No freedom dwell
Constant panic
In secret
Upon the windowsill
Sunshine
Expires
Cumulous clouds
Within wisps
Escape
Life taunts
My own restraints
My own complaints
My own wants,
Within
Moonlight,
Agoraphobia
I.
