Young winter

a poem by Michelle Klemm, Germany - poetry writer, author, poet

The winter is young,
rules with strong might,
reigns with iron hand,
sends snow every day,
does not owe us a rest.

For the children it's fun.
Until the sun shines bright
lets glisten the wonderland,
we prefer to stay
in our comfortable nest.

Spring is there
Beauty of Nature
Early hour
