a poem by Satheesan Rangorath, India - poetry writer, author, poet

I can sleep now,
to get up again.
Bed is calling me.
Sleep stretches,
her soft hands.
Unaware I toddle,
delve in her hug.
I spin a silky dream.
I get stuck in it.
My body entangles,
tied in labyrinth.
As a prey I pray.
Oh let me out,
before I am consumed.
Let me out.
Let me go beyond.
Not behind time.
