It All Comes Down To Size

a poem by Skye Kerri- Leigh Bagshaw, UK

Eat less than half a banana
And throw your sandwiches in the bin
This is the food karma
Punishing your food sin

Cake, cake, cake,
Avoid at any cost
Like any sweet treat, they make
You pile on the pounds you've lost

Food is oil
To provide fuel to your machine
Not an advocate of bingeing. That will only spoil
Your figure, making you feel greedy and mean.

Grow up and realise
That it matters what you look like
And not what's in the inside, that is one of many lies

In life it all comes down to size
