Paranoia

a poem by Skye Kerri- Leigh Bagshaw, UK

Eyes stare
Like snakes as they prey on you.
Whisperers glare
Like demons releasing the bad in you.
Skin boils
With the fire of anger present since birth.
Body shakes
In a fit of anxiety as you wonder what you're worth;
"Nothing, nothing, nothing," they hiss
Revelling in your suffering,
I will never be loved, a person a man will kiss

That makes this paranoia more torturing.
