Dreams Will Come True,

a poem by Mark Ainslie, UK

Sometimes no matter how hard you try,
Your plans fail, and you wonder why.
Best efforts made for wishes to come true,
Leaves you wondering what you should do.

Dissapointment, a heavy load to bear,
Believing that life, just not being fair.
You wonder why God has been so unkind,
Playing tricks with your troubled mind.

Maybe take a moment to look around,
Much worse off people will be found.
So take a second to clear your head,
Fill your mind with positive thoughts instead.

Thank your lucky stars above,
That you are blessed with so much love,
Things are not as bad as they seem,
In time you will realize your dream.

So find the strength to carry on,
There are many good things to focus upon
Let your love for life always remain,
Your wishes one day won't be in vain.
