a poem by Ayesha abid, Pakistan - poetry writer, author, poet

The moment in this world,I entered the life
The eclipse of my sight had a glimpse of your face
The light of your smile bloomed my soul
As the sun that conquers the entire being
The whisper of your voice featured my entity
Like the rainbow that engulfs the catastrophic dream
As a part of you, would always be the part
I owned myself for the future of yours
With no sense of world, I stepped with your feet
Weightless I was, you lifted upon your esteem
Before pleasing you I would rather bend Down
To thank Allah for making me as His blessing
