76th Title Challenge "Laugh and the World Laughs With You" Church Chuckles

a poem by Nancy Ellen Crossland, USA - poetry writer, author, poet

Sometimes the urge to laugh occurs
In the most
Unlikely places

My sister and I would get the "giggles" in church
I am certain we have fallen
From graces!

We'd get "the look" from mom
And it was not a friendly one;
Trying to set the example as the oldest
Wasn't too much fun

Spurts of laughter
Chuckles and giggles
Cause our eyes to water,
Shoulders to jiggle

When shared in the proper atmosphere
Can spread like rays of sunshine
Both far and near
