The rout

a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

They threw the pilot out,
Now they wonder what would happen to plane,
If only they had thought of it,
Before throwing the pilot in vain.

This is how it happens,
When we throw the pilot out,
It shatters our dreams to ruins,
It puts us on the rout.

Before taking an action,
Before executing a plan,
Remember not to throw the pilot out,
Or you will also face the rout.

In life, don't throw, God out,
In school, don't throw, the teacher out,
In family, don't throw, parents out,
Or you will have to face, the rout.
