a poem by Tracy Marie Windisch-Mason, Canada - poetry writer, author, poet

Shake it down
Sparkles shake diamond tiaras
Gowns flowing within the Violins now
Grass fresh upon the ground
Sun split smiles glistening around
As umbrellas twist
masks come undone
fall to the floor
Of who we once were before
Once locked behind many doors
Down long corridors
Well traveled
Yet never go back
Shake it down
Life myriad glistening
Within every glorious chance
Unbreakable you are
Within your splendor and glory

For the Bridgeway Beauties xx
