a poem by Krzeslawa T. Skrzypczynska, Poland - poetry writer, author, poet

Between black and gray
a pack of goblins moves the world,
so that he doesn’t get stuck in monotony
which has permated through so many years.

Between white of innocence and the mist
of dreams, in which is embedded the world,
a seed of hope can sow itself,
when someone will add in a handful of stars, too.

Between drinking from the full goblet and a waiting
for something that will happen,
it is the large gap, which
it's not easy to fill up with sand, no!

Between the image and inspiration
between the fingers, what everyone sees,
is emerging the core:
eye, face, the whole figure and shadow.
