The Human Tradition Continues

a poem by Frank Davis, USA

I believe God
descended into man
became sacrifice
is Savior.
I believe blood
was required
to ransom man
a race of killers.
To save the killers
the Savior was killed;
and, while
at the moment
of His death
forgiveness became
available, the killing
has never stopped.
