A Little Longer

a poem by Anonymous Poet, USA

This system lasts a little longer.
Can you still hold on?
Run the race to cross the finish
so, at last, you've won.

People in this system suffer
longing, yet, for peace.
In due time Jehovah God will
put your mind at ease.

In the greatest difficulty,
you have strength to pray.
How Jehovah listens to you
each and every day!

Trials now are temporary.
They are sure to end.
You yourself will be preserved!
Jehovah's name we must defend.

Keep on pushing through this system.
Jehovah God believes in you.
This will last a little longer.
At last, it will be through.
