The Snow and The River, Part 2

a poem by Sue Williams, USA - poetry writer, author, poet

The river embraces the snow,
flowing with a twinkle
in it's eye of knowingness
that brings a smile.

Friendship replenishing anew,
refreshing, inviting,
absorbing, delighting,
freedom of song.

The river and the snow,
see how they laugh and play,
as destiny arrives,
in precipitation.

River has carried snow,
to it's longed for destiny,
'tis the circle of their lives,
but not the end.
