Letter from an old friend

I remember when we first met That was the happiest day of my life. We instantly fell in love; You were all that I needed in life And I was all that you ever wanted. You wrapped your arms around me And squeezed me so softly. You said you'd never leave me And you promised to love me forever. We went everywhere together, We were not seen separated. You were lost without me You broke down and cried When you could not find me. You could never imagine a life without me You use to tell me that and give me a kiss. I remember that you could not sleep Until I was wrapped underneath your arm; But that was then. Now I sleep alone, in your toy box.

Through out all the laughs and cries never again I will forget my best friend. No matter how far apart we are I will always stay by your side. Through out all the nights we lay side by side we’ll have to remember we’ll share those laughs and cries again sometime.
