Ancestors anticipating Stricken with age Angels of death on voyage Oh! the spirit is taken Kins-now heavy-laden Weep hot blood Not in a drop but in a flood In six feet lowered the coffin All aloud in depth wailing The day is broomswept No traces on those who wept The street is sabotaged And glasses of champaign are served

	I thought you left me yesterday When all I did for you is pray I never asked you to stay I never wanted to be away Sinking heart is all I got I saw you frozen out Shaky hands I was feeling pains Did you leave me? I held still and wandered off Without any goodbye Knowing how I shouldn't But I didn't want to cry Shadows walking beside me A glimpse of you just passed me Warmth I could feel Nobody knew it was you for real Did you leave me? No, you didn't.
