WHAT AM I TO DO?

Author: Aina Sofian

Poem: WHAT AM I TO DO?

What am I to do?
School had ended and I am bored
Shall I read a book
Or shall I try to cook
Because I only know how to eat
Set a meal, I don't know, indeed.

What am I to do?
The holidays are long and I am bored
Shall I have a long nap
Or shall I memorize the world map
Because I only know some places
How to travel, it would be like mazes.

What am I to do?
Days are passing and I am bored
Shall I watch a concert live
Or shall I learn how to drive
Because I only know how to ride
I was too young, that is right.

What am I to do?
Holidays are over and I am bored
Shall I sit on a stool
Or shall I go back to school
Because I only know about studying
Not the big world that I am finding.
