Lost forever, But never gone. Taken away, But memories clenched to our heart. No longer with us, But she’s every where we go.
Our shining star. Our fearless fighter. Our swept-away soul. Our never-forgotten friend.
Forever young and strong, Never old and worn. Forever stubborn and wise, Never weak and yielding.
White as snow. Fierce as fire. Gentle as gems. Soft as silk.
Gently put to sleep forever, Delicately put to rest. It was her time to go, Her time to fly away.
Her missing mane and tail, Us missing her. Her finding her place, Us finding a place for her.
Dying, That blackened night. Hauled away, That darkened morning.
Warm one minute, Cold the next. Alive one minute, Dead the next.
So many people to call, With so very little time. So many things to say, With so very little words. Pickles, That must not be eaten. Piccadilly, That must not be seen.
