Just given birth, to a little foal, the mare licks him clean.
The young foal opens his eyes, with curiousity, he is weak but very clever, and starts nursing his mama!
Clever! Clever little Foal! So young but so wise, He is as black as coal!
I show myself, to the young foal, He looks up with adoring eyes, that I have never seen before!
He takes his first step, towards me, without hesitation he comes, He's brave! He's Wise! He's the cutest foal!
Days go by, He grows big and strong, He doens't need his mama for milk, Oh no! He can survive on his own!
Now he runs as fast as wind, the best horse! He is! This second he is at the racetrack, running wild and free!
Soon he is old, and retired from racing, he is the father of another foal, that is born to this world.

WILD AS THE WIND |
| |
|
|
There! Can you see him? Atop the cliff The lone stallion that always drifts Sometimes I spy him out on the plain This stallion, man could not tame At times I wish that he could belong to me But then I remember... He is part of God's domain Wild as the wind to always remain
