Delicate footsteps across the vibrant web, the balance of life mastered with experience. The choices are beset by the a time gone before mine, stray from the path or continue to indifference? Each as daunting as the other uncompromising. A treacherous fork to unaceptance or monotony. Education dictates the preferred destination but the black sheep of the flock can also be the free. As the rain of fear greets the day with me, I have lost sight of the choice I made in that sheltered summer shade. All those reasons have spread their wings of wisdom and have flown back home to settle in the nest they once made. Now, even though the rules seem so distant my actions and convictions still bare the scars of society. A soul brandished at birth with toleration now flees from the self-destructive plague of morality. Wind filled sails carry me to the edge of my own sanity while the maps of lucid thought have perished into insignificance, leaving me to the mercy of the tranquil tides. Far out of reach from the mighty preachers of perseverance. The ones who remained now realize their destinies and the painful truth that they are much less than worthless. The panic stricken populus that were once so righteous now deposit their lives into the people bank and walk out soulless.

Who’s this man, So tall and sure, Of things unseeming, Is he misunderstood? Our summer invaded, That could have been bliss, With environmental graphs, And alien glyphs. We want our sugar, Our ignorance too, That shields us from having To look at the truth. But we’ve seen it now, Can’t hide what we know, Day after day, Leaves smoggier glows. Should we take action, Should we receive, What Gore is trying, To have us believe? Hot, windy air, Cold and wet rain, Dangerous sun burning, The weather today. We are the dust, The world is a blanket, Shaking us off, Just like that. The seas will rise, Hurricanes growing bigger, This and more, We must consider. World saver Gore, 30-years a listener, Of ecological rhythms, The environmental father. And yet it is beautiful, Alarming and strange, Mystified, watching, The climate change. Global warming is here, The world’s attention please, The ice age is over, Like the Antarctic freeze.
