Hello Me

Your thoughts are loud,
Though your mind is asleep.
The temptation is there,
Are you in to deep?
For understanding the mind,
is a complex thought.
Understanding yourself is something,
That can not be taught.
You can see with your eyes.
You can hear with your ears.
But your mind shows your,
wants, needs and fears.
Confusion is also there,
And to your mind it's just a game.
For you to figure out,
Before you go insane.
Illusions of the truth,
Like thoughts from the soul.
I will introduce me to me.
For the fear must go.
Though harsh and heavy,
It's me I need to know.
For my spirit to survive,
and my heart to grow.
