She’s danced a thousand dances,
She’s dreamt impossible wishes that came,
She’s wept the thousand words of her heart,
She’s fought the pride of the tame.
She’s climbed the highest mountains,
She’s smiled for eternities end,
She’s comforted thousands of falling stars,
Shared care when there’s no more to lend.
She’s held your hand through nightmares,
Cradled broken hearts in her hand,
Healed them with a mixture of tears of joy,
And the purity and faith of heavens soil and sand.
She fixed your fragile heart,
And blessed it with a smile so true,
So no person can hurt your heart or soul,
As your held by a person who loves you.
So now you have that soul mate,
That flicker of light in the dark,
She is no longer your angel,
But has left as a remembrance,
“My sweet child”, on your heart as a mark.

Joy comes in the mourning, and you color me true Colour me red, and you colour me blue Lavender sky dancing on sugar plum clouds Olive green corn stalks nestled on a farm Curious black crows nobody wants to know Orange blossoms planted in soft maple hair Ruby red slippers and no place like home Crimson red sunset reflects in indigo eyes Colour me bright, and colour me bold You bring autumn leaves painted green and gold
