Saul on the road to Damascus falls
blind before bright heavenly light
lead by hand into city where Jesus’
disciple Ananias restores his sight
it is as if fish scales fall from his
eyes and Saul rises to be baptised
he proclaims that Jesus is the Son
of God and his faith is realised
