How beautiful and precious you are my Lord
How beautiful and precious you are.
You ease my sadness
make my soul fly free
causing me sour on angel's wings.
Let me as youre child proclaim youre glory.
Telling always that wonderful story.
of how you died on calvary.
to save a sinner such as me.
May all my life youre power proclaim
the broken healed by youre preciuos name.
May my words be the truth of my heart.
My life is surrendered to you my Lord.
So that I may one day knock on heaven's door.
and you will let me in.
My faith must speak for me
and the eyes of my heart must see.
that one day i will walk with my saviour
in the glorious light of eterinity.
Look down on me Jesus with youre loving mercy.
The lame walk,
the blind see,
the mute speak,
and the universe sings
how beautiful you are to me Lord
how beautiful and precious you are.
I ask you Lord to hold me near.
to keep me in youre heart forever.
So the ears of my soul may hear.
The sweet, sweet,song you sing to me,
in the midsts of pain and fear.
and my very being may rest,
in youre conforting prescence.
and the words of that sweet song may stay.
" In the Lords arms,
everything's going to be o.k.
For the love of God will dwell in you
and the light of God will shine on you
and you'll rejoice in the day. For you'll know,
everything's going to be o.k."
From the innermost depths of my self
we shall never be far.
how beautiful and precious you are to me Lord.
How beautiful and precious you are.
I'd like to give hope.
to all those who cry.
that Jesus is waiting
to wipe the tears from youre eyes.
whether it be pain or grief,
or strife or loss.
just leave it all
at the foot of the cross.
For it was that cross that he hung for youre burdens and mine.
so that we can rise above our hurt,
and feel his precsence divine.
Just remember one thing.
he will never be far.
