Expressions multiplying and raging in the zones of my heart cease my ability to assert and foreshadow my destiny. My very last impulse of existing reality is getting lost, no longer allowing me to shape my future. Distortion is accumulating my thoughts, my figures, and my sensibility. I need stability; an enlightenment from the supreme power to surrender me in the midst’s of his shadows, in his arms, and in his being. Illuminate my presence so I can see myself clearly in the darkness of this life. No soul inside of me is awakening, no comfort is apparent rather shallowness is drowning me. This time it’s my own tears that are drowning me; they are dripping like rain from the clouds of my eyes and are getting lost in the ocean. A virulent force is attacking my mind and arresting me in a state of unconsciousness. Nobody is offering me help to bring me back to the reality of life. So I simply get carried away further into this unknown, strange world of my own where no spark, no light, and nobody is to be seen.

I SEE YOU THERE |

I see you there, Happiness. Your unyielding spirit, exasperating charm. Day after day you taunt nameless frowns. Making them use all of their muscles against you, as you bend them with your imagination and telepathic sweet nothings. Like toilet paper stuck to the bottom of my gum stricken shoe, you follow me around, my white shadow flapping excitedly in the blunder of my trail. Only our connection doesn’t always seem as strong as the impact of an accidental collision between soul and sticky substance. I see you there, entertaining friends with smiles and endless laughter. Not all appreciate the rose scented flow of good feelings, the uplifting, fuzzy, warm stomach sensation you give. Moods changed and days corrected, all because of your selfless nature and caring aura. How, Happiness, I wish I could be like you. Never affected by the everyday drama that life brings. Always excited and smiling, always ready to make others feel the same, always considerately patient with people who don’t catch on quickly to your mysteriously positive adjustments. Breathing you in each day and exhaling only to breathe in a newer, fresher you moments later. I recognize your presence, the people whose lives you have touched and the ones that are continuously in play. I see you there, Happiness. You are my shadow, my friend, and my aspiration. Never leaving my side, never letting me down. I’ll always see you there, Happiness, and pass you on to others.
