"Star light, Star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might, I wish I have this wish tonight."

One misty night, I found myself gazing at my favorite star.
The words that I always say came drifting into my head.
This night however was a different night, for I didn't want to utter those words.
Those words that on many helpless nights brought me ease.

This night however I found myself not needing that ease it always brings.
For I have found something else to bring me ease.
As I gazed at my star I noticed the world just disappeared.
That everything was, but a wonderful blur of hope and happiness.

The star just seemed to twinkle with glee.
As if knowing the unexplainable thoughts in my head and reassuring that everything will be all right.
At that point, a warm feeling came over me and something that I wondered about came to me crystal clear.

I knew that this was indeed my very special star.
A star unlike any others I have gazed upon.
For this one had a very special gift to give.
Indeed this gift would be very special to me the beholder.

At that moment in time I gazed at my star not looking for answers, but just breath taken by what I have found.
I for the first time, in a very long time, looked at the star and wondered what the gift of the star had in store for me.
At that instant I knew what that gift was.
the gift that I had been wanting and waiting for all this time.

I'm not going to tell you what that gift was that I received.
For each gift is different for the person that it touched.
Remeber this: Everyone has a star.
Evey star has a special gift.
Its up to you to find that star and see what it beholds.

For a life without a star is a shadowy dream.
For a life without a gift is a dismal regret.
For a life without both is a pit of despair.

So, find your star with its special gift to know the true power of living.
Or you might find your life to be a helpless and distasteful one.

For I have found both and now know the true meaning of the word bliss.
