Together we would hold hands
together we'd embrace,
together we would lie on sands
or by the fireplace.
Together we would sip some wine
together we'd tip our glass,
together we would spend our time
hoping it wouldn't pass.
Together we would cuddle tight
together we were in love,
together we would spend each night
under the stars above.
Together we were husband and wife
together we were best friends,
together we both shared a life
with love that never ends. |

Will our love ever be what it used to be or has it all just died, for what is the reason this holiday season i sat alone and cried. With our love so strong what went wrong why did you up and run, is it true that our love that once grew is now completely done.
