Mum, you gave me eyes to cry your tears, You gave me love to hide my fears.
You gave me legs to run you miles, You gave me hope and lots of smiles.
You gave me wrong, you gave me right, But you gave me truth and held me tight.
You gave me the sun, you gave me the sky, You gave me strength and the wings to fly.
You gave me faith, you gave me will, You gave me affection to cure my ill.
You held me close, so we never fall apart, And all I can give you is the love from my heart.

Joy is unraveling Bit by bit like an old jumper She moves slowly and uncertainly And can't remember words Her world is full of shadows and half remembered memories And even cutting up a muffin has its dangers Joy is unraveling.
