like woman possessed, friend always on ‘go’ now makes tree-guard so young plant can grow
hundred metres away putting stakes in ground protects agapanthus plants ironbarks surround
out of nowhere runs little dog called ‘Jack’ very scared of wind trembles, doubles back
raises leg on wheel of car parked in shade barks and disappears now impression made
marks territory then moves on to better things friend now ready for home before tired spine gives in
