Two Poems from our Nature Poetry Collection

Sunrise

Author: Jungin Ahn

Poem:
Sunrise

  Sun rises with
Ugliness
Madness
Nobody knows nothing
Everyone knows something
The world is a make-believe
With fake trust to our eyes.

Sun rises by
fading the darkness away
Calmness
Perfection
Nobody knows anythnig
Anyone knows nothing
It brings out the
true self
There no pretend.

Tempts of the pretense
And the lights of forfeit
Broughts out with
The first morning light.

Good night,
My liking of darkness says
Good night,
The last piece of honesty in me says
Good night,
Sunrise.

Summer Nights

Author: Donna Stramm

Poem: Summer Nights

Summer the night so dark.
The navy blue sky hangs above our heads.
The dark ceiling above us sits queit and still.
The many sparkling dots in the sky slowly multiply,
One by one.
As i sit and think, i wonder to myself,
Is life always this beatiful?
