Maximum Ambassador Portfolio Poems you can get credit for at a read = 10
- by all means, read more, but you only score for up to 10
Maximum number of audience listeners that you can get credit for at a read = 100
Each VoicesNet URL you get Listed in Print = 500 points
Each Link to VoicesNet's website = 500 points
Each Email Address for Media Announcements = 50 points
Prep Diploma = 500 points (any areas of study)
University Undergraduate Diploma = 1000 points
University Masters Diploma = 2000
University Doctorate Diploma = 5000 points
Sample Scoring Example for a Poetry Reading Session:
You arrange a Poetry Reading at an elementary school
You choose 5 poems from the Ambassador Portfolio
20 Attendees are at the reading
You are the reader of the 5 poems
Scoring - each poem is worth 20 points because 20 people listened to each poem
so: 5 poems x 20 points = 100 points
Its easy : number of listeners multipled by the number of poems gives you the base points for the readings
Then you would get 100 points that you get for each Poetry Read scheduled.
Then you would get the 100 points awarded if the Ambassador actually does the reading.
Then you would get the bonus 500 points awarded for scheduling a reading at a school.
Then you would get the bonus 500 points awarded for scheduling a reading for children (12 and under).
That would then total 100 + 100 + 100 + 500 + 500 = 1300 points to record
