International Poetry Ambassador Program

Welcome to a VoicesNet.com Poetry Reading

Today we bring you poems from the VoicesNet.com International Poetry Ambassadors collection of poetry.

The VoicesNet.com International Poetry Ambassadors spread the word of Poetry and VoicesNet.com around the world.

The International Poetry Ambassadors are all poets and lovers of poetry; they tend to have warm hearts and want to make the world better and they want to help with literacy and to improve international communications.

One of them arranged this reading today and we thank you for participating in it.

We're not sure where you are right now, but VoicesNet.com International Poetry Ambassador readings are being arranged around the world, as we speak, in hospitals, orphanages, schools, universities, homes, village centers, taverns, and just about any place you can imagine in all locales, climates, and economic conditions.

VoicesNet understands the merit of a poem being read silently on paper by a reader, but we also understand the additional merit of someone reading a poem in person verbally to an audience listening and watching the person reciting the poetry.

Seeing and hearing the person reciting the poetry will help the audience to grow, learn English better, communicate better.

The fact that the poems collected are from International Poetry Ambassadors who are located all around the globe makes the experience a very enriching experience for the audience.

We at VoicesNet.com also have a quarterly VoicesNet Anthology International Poetry Competition that can be entered through the Interrnet at www.voicesnet.com/Entry.htm. VoicesNet.com encourages all budding and experienced writers of poetry to enter our our contest each calendar quarter.

Also, VoicesNet.com has the Visions Literary Journal, an Internet E-zine that it produces twice per month that includes articles from contributors from around the world. We always include fresh poetry for you to read in the Visions Literary Journal.

There is also the VoicesNet.com forums where you can go to post your poems online for others to read or to get feedback for your works. This is a refreshing environment where positive constructive feedback is possible. You can get to the forum from the menu at www.VoicesNet.com.

Sincerely,
