A WORLD APART

Author: Peter Eijvergård

Poem:
A WORLD APART

This is a story seldom told
a story of something realy old
it involves a woman and a man
try and guess the plot, I think you can.

Man meets woman, O so fine.
Brain malfunctions, She must be mine.
Woman meets man, O so bold.
Heart starts pounding, She is sold.

Man open mouth, now what to say?
Studders something, about bailing hay?
Woman answers, I cannot stay.
Leaves her number and walks away.

For a man, here on after
life is always smile and laughter.
Woman think she´s the choosen one,
the happiest woman under the sun.

Life is tuff, unfair and mean,
together again never to be seen.
A world apart, a heartbeat away,
longing forever thay are destined to stay.

MY ONE AND ONLY TRUE LOVE

Author: Karl Knight

Poem: MY ONE AND ONLY TRUE LOVE

The years have passed
Since I've kissed your lips
Felt the warmth of your touch
Can your heart still feel me
This is me in the darkness
Whispering at the top of my lungs
I shall never stop loving you
Can your heart still hear me
I am the jester that you can laugh at
I am the shoulder that you can cry on
I am the friend that you can talk to
Can your heart still see me
Tell me that you are happy in life
Tell me that you are loved
Tell me that you have no regrets
Does your heart still remember me
You've found another
Made him your world
Your life begins anew
My heart smiles a tear for you
